Registering an ICR app

You can register an ICR app under any organization of type "Market participant"

You can register an ICR App under under an organization that you are an admin of which is of type Market participant

If you don't already have an Organization created for your account start by creating an organization and setting the type of that organization to Market participant
On your organization's dashboard click the Create app button
Fill in the base info for your app - making sure that the name of the app is unique across ICR because the name is then used to generate a unique nameId.
Save the app
